These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase from our store. You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

Our products are offered subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, and prices. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in appearance may occur. These variations do not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases without notice. The applicable price, currency, shipping charges, and taxes will be shown at checkout. Promotional offers may have additional conditions, expiration dates, or exclusions disclosed with the offer.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material pricing or listing error, an inability to verify payment, or reasonable concerns about fraud or unlawful activity. If an issue affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related charges.

Please review your order and shipping address carefully before submitting your purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact orders@pointerdays.com promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipping has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Shipping options, charges, and available delivery estimates are provided at checkout or in our shipping information. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe—or within the legally required timeframe when none is stated—we will notify you and provide any required options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

If your package is missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact orders@pointerdays.com so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Our standard return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alterations are not eligible for standard returns.

To request a return, email orders@pointerdays.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your package. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and paying return shipping costs for standard returns. Pointer Days does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. Please contact us before purchasing a return label so we can provide appropriate instructions. Our standard return conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different size, color, or item, request a return for the original purchase and place a separate order. All new orders are subject to availability.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may require additional processing time. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund.

Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where European Union consumer withdrawal rules apply, eligible online purchases carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions. Mandatory cancellation, return, refund, and product guarantee rights take priority over conflicting store policies.

The website’s original text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other content belong to Pointer Days or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the rights holder, except as permitted by law.

You may not use our website for fraud or other unlawful activity, submit false payment information, introduce malicious software, interfere with website security or operation, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.

We may remove spam, abusive material, or content unrelated to the product. We will not prohibit or penalize honest reviews merely because they are negative.
